MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY
Manage team of Geoscience personnel to deliver all Project Geoscience needs in a manner which maximizes the value of the Project.
To act as focal point for the Geoscience Team in meetings with MOGE, Farm In and Farm Out discussions with both existing and /or potential partners, and reports to MPRL Management.
JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for management of Subsurface Team, consisting of Reservoir Engineers, Geologists, Geophysicists and Technical Specialists, which is
responsible for implementation of Exploration program(s)
» Accountable for management of design, procurement and coordination of third party seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation.
»
Responsible for working with Geologists, Reservoir Engineers and Production Engineers to integrate data from all disciplines into a single geologic
model.
»
Accountable for supervision of seismic operations, as required.
»
Accountable for identification of leads and development of leads into hard targets.
»
Responsible for adherence to improvement and consistency in all subsurface aspects of the project.
»
Accountable for monitoring long and short term results of exploration operations in a manner which provides an ongoing post audit of all projects,
and for providing input to future work plans.
»
Prepare and provide Technical presentations to MPRL Management, MOGE and Partners as required.
»
Participate in MPRL Monthly Management Review meetings
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education/ Experience
»
Minimum 4 years College Degree in Geoscience field.
»
Senior Level Geoscientist with minimum 10-15 years diverse experience with Subsurface Project Management.
»
Proven history in International Exploration Projects
