• MPRL E&P Pte Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a Joint Venture Partner to Baker Hughes Solutions Inc. when Baker Hughes signed a Performance
Compensation Contract ( PCC ) with Myanma Oil & Gas Enterprise ( MOGE ) in October 1996 for the Mann Field Production Enhancement Project

• MPRL E&P Pte Ltd. is an Independent Exploration & Production Company privately owned by a Group of Investors.

• MPRL assumed 100% responsibility of the Mann Field Project and the PCC Contract in October 1999 when Baker Hughes and the other partners
   decided not to continue with additional investments in Mann Oil Field.

• MPRL E&P Pte Ltd. signed a Production Sharing Contract ( PSC ) with Myanma Oil & Gas Enterprise ( MOGE ) for Offshore Block A-6, on 18 January
   2007.

• To date, MPRL has made one of the largest investments in the Myanmar Onshore Oil & Gas Industry. The only Company which has exceeded
   MPRL’s investment in the onshore sector, is Amoco .

• Total investment by MPRL in Myanmar Onshore Operations is over US$ 94 million (Paid Expenditures) as of June 2008.

• MPRL E&P Pte Ltd. has been paid 77% of Total Issued Invoice for Mann Field Production Enhancement Project by MOGE as of 06 Aug 2008.
